Founder’s Statement

Synvestor® Real Estate Holding B.V., its subsidiaries, hereafter also mentioned as Synvestor® and the undersigned, have consistently followed high principles of business ethics which resulted in an integer reputation today and probably an even better name tomorrow.

This document has been prepared to enable you to understand our policies with respect to business conduct and ethics. It represents the confirmation of the validity and correctness of Synvestor®?s standing commitment to ethical conduct and observance of (foreign) laws, regulations and policies applicable to real estate investments and related financial markets.

The management of the company has the responsibility for overseeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations, this Code, and related company policies and procedures.

In this capacity, it is responsible for taking possible complaints and / or reports of any fraud or improprieties, conducting an appropriate investigation and reporting this findings to the applicable authorities. This Code is posted on our website only and is not available in any document format.

If you have any questions as to its meaning, do not hesitate to contact us and if you intend to do business with Synvestor®, or its partners, you possibly can confirm informally that you have been reading it and agree to comply with the policies contained within this Code.
