From investing to synvesting
We pick our investment partners in project- and area developments carefully and bring them together in a balanced form of cooparation for the medium term.
In property investing we often simply join excisting vehicles or create them ourselves. In case we make an investment fund, a high level of cooporation is needed to meet the capital requirements and to deal with the different complexities to the participating partners.
In finance and participation matters we often act independently and judge the several (finance) propositions ourselves according to our own strict criteria.
