Sub-participations
A participation percentage in the ordinary share holders equity (ordinary capital stock) of a sub-participation is always smaller or equal to a participation percentage in the ordinary capital stock of a company on participation level. Various kinds of shares such as priority-, preference- or cumulative preference shares, can create different ownership control.
