Participations
Financial risks are taken by the participation-companies which in case create a certain distance to the main structure of Synvestor®-holding. The percentage varies between a few, up to a 100%.
A participation exists of shares in a limited or public (non listed) company and especially the public companies do often have sub-participation daughters.
