Subsidiaries
A subsidiary or daughter-company occurs as a result of a commercial occasion such as a new investment opportunity under the holding.
At this time two subsidiaries are operational Synvestor® Real Estate Development (Vastgoed Ontwikkeling) B.V. and Synvestor® Real Estate Investments (Vast goed Beleggingen) B.V..
A third subsidiary, Synvestor® Real Estate Participations (Vastgoed Participaties) B.V. is under construction (i.o) and will be operational as soon as possible.
