Holding company
The first company that was founded was the Holding which has wide real estate objectives but an in-depth focus on property only. The company operates in domestic and foreign investment markets.
On holding-level in principle no substantial investment risks are taken, what in fact means that there is only dealt with non-risk activities. (This is explained more detailed in the main-heading Activities)
Project- and investment risks are ‘privileged’ to Participations which commercial results are accounted for in the subsidiaries. These daughter-companies consolidate their results in the holding.
