History

Previous to the founding of the company a certain period was spent on preparations and the expansion of networks and a framework for business- planning was designed as well.

During the first years the company started, the real estate markets were booming until 2001, predominantly thanks to the lowering interest rates. As from 2005 until the current Credit Crisis, markets recovered which led to excessive price levels for real estate. At the present time (2010) prices are coming back to normal.
