Establishment
In 1998 the holding was founded by Frederick (Frits) W. Vernède (1962) who was previously working for ABNAMRO Amsterdam, VOPAK Rotterdam, ING Amsterdam, Société Générale Amsterdam, Meeùs Group (Achmea) and as real estate developer in Utrecht.
